I'm leaning more to thinking PV is fake. It's weird, you would never think they'd want to be giving you "wins" like that. But none of his videos ever lead anywhere, nobody watches it besides people who already think these things are true, and it gives you a feeling that something is being done about it. There are people out there handling business, like James O'Keefe.
My only reservation here is that its all real, its just our country is so damn insane it doesn't seem real. Like the teacher with the mustache who was allowing butt plugs to be passed out at his school. It seems so ridiculous it stretches believability. And this one too.
I could see PV being co-opted somehow. Real threats get Ye'd, JFK'd, or Kappy'd. Investigative reporting is divisive by nature, and divisiveness is something (((TPTB))) seem to want. As long as (((they))) think PV is contributing more to divisiveness than helping Americans find common ground, then PV can be allowed to exist.

Hell, if JOK and PV are legitimate I do not want to be disparaging them. If real, they risk their lives every day with what they're doing.
