I've been studying this today too. I think it's p probably systemic in this sense:

M2 is decreasing due to QT
Demand for petro dollar decreasing due to Saudis and war sanctions
Demand for dollars being driven by debt payments which we now have basically tapped out in terms of size
I'm a perma bull for PMs but really see this trade accelerating into Q2
