If so, I think we need to assess the damages PER customer PER day times the length of their use of the pharma drug, going back to the year they were approved, and then consider that DAMAGES for a massive class action that includes sponorship of new US policies as a remedy, which must pass into law or else if they don't there is a clause in the remedy that will give people 50 Trillion dollars as the award (this incentivizes the pharma lobby to pass the new drug policy laws stated in the remedy, even if they are against the pharma industry's interest)
OR
Go back to the day the US Federal Drug Schedule with psychedelics being prohibited was enforced to (future date where they are made legal, say 2025), and then assess damages as follows:
The damages to society, worldwide FAR EXCEED the combined total of all pharma profits from their first operating day times a 10 factor; and so the pharma industry is immediately nationalized, and all drugs are made AT COST and all profits to ALL persons (including family members, shareholders, stakeholders) are SEIZED, CLAWED BACK and liquidated to pay for any costs to nationalize the industry.
Pharma doesn’t like them, absolutely, but I think if you look back into history, you’ll find the ruling class also hates things which make people question their place in life/the societal structures around them.
Booze has always been fine because it’s more “soma” than “psyche”
Of course they are. Read the Emporer Wears No Clothes by the late Jack Herer to see how Pharma outlawed marijuana by pushing actual disinformation campaigns as far back as the 1930s. The same tactic has been used in psychedelics. Cheap, effective medicine for all ailments has been provided to us naturally, from the Earth, and we cannot gain access to some of them. Let that sink in.
