The video shows helium balloon satellites, and solar powered drones, and high altitude planes. Also a firmament would explain technology like project bluebeam where you can project images in the sky. Sightings of the ISS from amateur telescopes look oddly holographic. The line of satellites everyone thinks is starlink could be any of these options.
