Yeah that sounds pretty retarded. Different leaders have their own agendas which extend to the countries they represent. The idea of everyone but Britain being simply puppets, and there being such a massively complex plan (which goes along perfectly) that has so many variables that have to move along in a perfect sequence, is silly and frankly just bad writing lol.
