No. You posted a paper about how some guys made centimeter antenna for a centimeter band from graphene. Centimeter sized antenna in no way could be named "nanotech". That graphene particles they use to make antenna is just a conducting material. With the same result they could make that centimeter antenna from any conductive paint or powder, f.e.
In other of your posts you insist that there is graphene oxide particles in not-a-vaccines.
But graphene and graphene oxide is different substances.
In video you posted about nanomachines clearly visible that they got power and activited by laser light directed to one or another photovoltaic cell of the nanomachine. Laser light band is no way close to 5G bands, so your video have no any connection to your topic except word "nano".

Laser light is not 5G, need to target laser beam to specific part of micromachine to make it do something is not useable in something that is injected into human body. That micromachines was not made from graphene oxide.
