The TL:DR version: The fat / heart disease hypothesis was bullshit. Natural fats are healthy and are an essential part of your diet. Low fat / high sugar foods cause insulin resistance, which results in diabetes. He goes on to explain how industrial fats, margarine etc are toxic and should be avoided.

The guy in the movie goes on a 30 day saturated fat pig out by eating McDonalds every day (avoiding the sugary stuff), and checks his health stats before and after the 30 days. You'll have to watch the movie to see the result.

I highly recommend a watch :)

That doc was ahead of its time.

The fat / heart disease hypothesis was bullshit.

Yep. Yet, people still believe eat fruits & vegetables, move more, avoid fat, avoid salt, vegetable oil is good for you, blah blah blah fuck.

I eat nearly a stick of real butter and a dozen eggs a day and I'm fine. Not like our ancestors were dying of heart attacks from too much caribou.

You live a life as active as your ancestors? Gotta compare oranges with oranges.

That's a moot point because less activity = less hunger = less energy consumption, as long as you stay away from goyslops.

You don't even have to go back millions of years, just go back 40~50 years and see how people were shaped.

Only 2 types of people can eat like this, millionaires and farmers.
