Today: "Your annual flu shot contains nothing but a weakened form of the flu."

Tomorrow: "This annual health shot not only contains anti-flu update v3.5 and anti-parasite upgrade v2.4; but we embedded a new chip to make it easier than ever for your IoT devices to detect your vitals! This shot also fixes a bug that may have caused some users to experience seizures and sudden death. If you have anti-flu update 3.1 or higher, PLEASE UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY."
