Basically, someone found a recorded audio tape at a thrift store in Japan with a bunch of songs on it, including a slightly creepy sounding one that they couldn't identify, then asked about it on 2chan (the japanese site 4chan got it's name from) to see if anyone knew the name of it. japanese autists have been trying to track it down off and on for ten or so years now.
The video is basically a mini documentary about it.
If you wanna look up the song itself or any of the existing research, look up something like "The song on the cassette I found in Akihabara," a loose translation of the title to an upload of the song in question.
Dunno if you believe in such things, but since you mentioned paranoia, a lot of the people who looked into it in Japan refer to it as "cursed," lol.
I'm still waiting for the time when they master the art of subliminal programming, then send a suicide command out on a viral video. They have had a lot of practice hacking the human mind.

But not yet on a viral video -- too easy to track.
You can make inaudible subliminal audio.
Supposedly, the brain recognizes it but the ear does not.
