Sedevacantism is a doctrinal position within traditionalist Catholicism, which holds that the present occupier of the Holy See is not a valid pope due to the pope's espousal of one or more heresies and that therefore, for lack of a valid pope, the See of Rome is vacant.
I would agree with that. What is their position on Latin Mass? Was the last true pope before Vatican II?
The last true pope was Pope Pius XII who died in 1958. Everyone from 1958 on has been an Antipope and that includes John XXIII (1958-1963), Paul VI (1963-1978), John Paul I (1978), John Paul II (1978-2005), Benedict XVI (2005-2013), and Francis I (2013-current).
In that Third Secret of Fatima documentary I linked above it goes over what happened in the Papal Enclave in 1958 with the election of a new Pope. Pope Pius XII did not publicly teach heresies and he was a validly elected Pope. Antipope John XXIII, who became "Pope" in 1958 when Pius XII died was a Freemason and was a heretic prior to his elevation to the Papacy. He opened The Second Vatican Council in 1962 (it ran until 1965) and the entire Catholic religion was changed. Lots of doctrinal matters, major teachings, salvation dogma, most sacraments, ordinations of Priests, etc. This was prophesied to happen. Just watch that "Third Secret of Fatima" documentary above it really explains a lot. It's 2.5 hours but you can get the gist of where the documentary is going in the first 10-15 minutes. The documentary is from 2013, but it is not outdated and is the best documentary on the topic of Our Lady of Fatima.
There was a recent debate on Sedevacantism that recently took place. I would recommend watching it. There are many "Catholics" that claim Sedevacantism is a heresy and is not actually Catholicism. You have to devote a lot of time to fully understand everything. I recommend you research all of this stuff yourself. vaticancatholic.com is the best resource for this. Tons of articles, very in-depth, videos, books, and podcasts going back decades. The Brothers that run that website are absolute scholars. If you look them up on Wikipedia you will find that they are Holocaust deniers. They have an article about that on their website.
There are basically 3 types of "Catholics." If you go on Wikipedia you will see that there are over 1 billion "Catholics" worldwide. Almost all of these people are those that follow and accept the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) and they attend the "Novus Ordo Mass" which was promulgated in 1969. This is probably 96-99+% of "Catholics" worldwide. E. Michael Jones attends a Novus Ordo Mass and accepts Vatican II. LifeSite News is also in this group. Most people you see that claim to be "Catholic" are in this group.
The second group is the Latin Mass "Catholics." I, and other sedevacantists, refer to these people as "false traditionalists." This group ranges a lot in ideology. Groups would include SSPX, people like Dr. Taylor Marshall, various Latin Masses offered at Novus Ordo Parishes, Bp. Richard Williamson, FSSP, and others. This group is generally critical of Vatican II and might disagree with certain aspects of it, but overall they have to hang onto Vatican II because they are going to "Masses" with Vatican II ordained "Priests" (New Rite of Ordination of Paul VI in 1968) so they can't really reject Vatican II completely. There are probably millions of people like this worldwide. Not sure how many are in the United States. Virtually all "Latin Masses" in the United States are filled with people like this. Sedevacantist's consider all of these people to be heretics because they accept Vatican II and it's Antipopes despite attending the Latin Mass.
The smallest group is Sedevacantist Catholics who are best represented by Most Holy Family Monastery (vaticancatholic.com), CMRI, Novus Ordo Watch, SSPV, and a few others. CMRI has Latin Masses with Priests who were ordained in the traditional rite of ordination. The Vatican II rite of ordination was invalid, so 99.9% of "Catholic Priests" who were ordained after 1968 are actually not Priests because they are invalidly ordained. It might be difficult to find a validly ordained Priest depending on where you live. This is an article on the New Rite of Ordination. Unfortunately most Latin Masses in the United States are done by "Priests" ordained in this New Rite. So virtually all Latin Masses are invalid: https://vaticancatholic.com/new-rite-of-ordination-invalid/

So we have been almost 65 years without a Pope. Also it is noteworthy to mention that there have been MANY Antipopes throughout history: https://vaticancatholic.com/list-of-antipopes-in-history/
