Your question is logical and will only lead to the conclusion that one of the theories must be wrong. I would suggest that the theory, that gives temperatures that cannot be proven based on the short experiment viewed in the video, is wrong. But you are welcome to ask any questions and information on that topic. I am sure many are open to give you sources. The only problem of the majority is that they mock evidence rather than explore it.
