He’s just jerking himself off and confirming his own bias.
Imagine stating with confidence that the b cyclone was weather modification.
There’s absolutely no way he can make that statement with any confidence whatsoever, yet there he is, being a dumbass.
The fact the the gov experiments with weather modification isn’t proof that any particular storm is engineered.
Could be, might be—-ie, speculation, should be left as speculation and any attempt to treat it as confident fact should be ridiculed.

There are clear presentation of hurricanes being steered and ramped up. He shows moisture pumped into the air by power plants, particles in the air by chemtrails, and HARPS successor which is a localized system to trigger it. There is an old Top Gear bit where they "seed" the sky with a small plane and salt i think. And it rained. I know, cant trust Top Gear for anything, the point is its not new tech. It would be a conspiracy to think it has not been improved and refined.

The issue isn’t whether weather modification is being research and pursued (i believe the journalist Suzie Dawson found evidence of weather modification work in Snowden’s files).
It’s just a matter of making claims that you can’t possibly verify, as if they are fact.
He clearly WANTS the b cyclone to be weather modification… and that’s a problem.
A simple difference in phrasing makes all the difference:
It’s possible this is weather modification… versus, I know for a fact this is weather modification.
To me its like a kid that steals candy. one day the kid is accused of stealing candy when he didnt. Too bad either way.
Maybe they did this one or they didnt. They have been caught.
That fits with my current world view. A big natural event is coming and they are trying to save their own sorry ass by digging holes and manipulating the weather best they can.

I mean do you have any information that shows weather modification on the scale of a National b cyclone?
It’s definitely been researched and refined.
I believe we have proof of this from Snowden’s archive.
Whether it was responsible for the recent b cyclone is another story.
I wouldn’t rule it out, but I don’t see any strong evidence.
