Totally different. If the family is running it and not hiring anyone else then go for it....once you hire someone else....Naw.....keep your nepotism out of the employment sphere

Problem is they always want to arrest the workers and charge them when the real culprit is the employer. If they started imprisoning CEOs it would change over night
