Operation Warp Speed is a military operation. Trump did declare a state of emergency. Mike Pompeo did state that it was a live exercise.
Should see the military documents on an exercise for readiness and response of a viral pandemic.
I will note that there is a chance that every single thing we're hearing 100% completely false. I believe it's possible that there's an actual war taking place that has zero to do with what we're hearing and the govt decided to have the dem party in control while it takes place for whatever reason. We all have heard the cia quote that their goal is to ensure that they have the power to completely deceive everyone. If true, maybe they're the good guys somehow.
We're in a perpetual economic war...
