The Constitution Has Already Been Terminated | By John & Nisha Whitehead

For anyone to advocate terminating or suspending the Constitution is tantamount to a declaration of war against the founding principles of our representative government and the rule of law. Then again, the Constitution has been on life support for years.

It wouldn't even take a protracted war. Deprive NYC, Philadelphia, Baltimore/Washington DC, and Chicago of electricity and food for a week and you win.
