That's only true if you believe money is necessary to preach. The group that occasionally screams through their blowhorns at me while I'm sitting at the red light doesn't need to file a 501c3. The guy trying to avoid paying taxes on all of the donations he gets would. Something I doubt a street preacher has to worry about.
Or if they even practiced a traditional religion.... People worship alot of strange things.
Scientology.
The odin brotherhood.
Raeliens.
Actually took a few classes that was taught by the guy who wrote the books on the odin brotherhood. Was called, "Alternative history's and religion's". Because you know, life is subjective and only the winners get to tell their story's.
Where I first learned about things like the snake cults and other ancient religions.
I doubt hes teaching these days with all the scare about "misinformation."
"Funny fact, guys knuckles looked like they were made of plastic."
To be honest, I do believe in God and Jesus but the Bible has many errors mixed with many truths in it. The errors are either accidental or on purpose (sometimes for good intentions and sometimes for bad).
Saturn is just another stronghold of those biblical demons. The angels exist too but they don't use violence at all neither does God although it says that in the Bible. I tracked down all those verses and figured out why it says that but it's a long story. For example, Abraham lived in a time of cults. He was the original monotheist more or less because a prophet named Melchizedek appeared to him. Abraham thought Melchizedek was God so when he wrote about him, he kept claiming he spoke to the Lord which is why the Bible says "The Lord said...." ect.. Now Melchizedek noticed Abraham was going to go sacrifice his 1st born son to a cult god they had back then and said that God requires no such things. Abraham was basically Melchizedeks #1 student and all his goal was to teach humanity that only 1 God exists; not many.
The Trinity concept was introduce by a prophet in prehistoric times. Osiris was an annunaki alien pretending to be God. He knew the people believed in Trinity so he claimed him, his wife and son are supposedly god.

Saturn Death Cult is a pretty good book.
