Just a reminder that regular clay is 40% Al2O3, so any loamy soil is very aluminium rich. And nearly all plants could perfectly grow on such soils. Moreover, aluminium compositions are very important in soil to be fertile, because they are what allow mineral part of soil to hold water and be sticky enough to hold organic components of soil.
Do you understand that aluminum is a huge and integral part of any normal soil and you have a lot of aluminium oxide in air just when it's dry and windy? Humanity constantly breath aluminium compositions from the very beginning just because humans live on the planet that have soil in big part made from aluminium. When there are no aluminium compositions in soil, it is just a sand.

Whatever, I think somwhere already exist dunbfucks who afraid of hydrogen oxide and other awful substances. Thanks to modern education ruined by that Bologna Process, "math is racist", "most students don't need chemistry" and other very harmful for humanity shit.
I wouldn't be so quick to jump on that wagon. There's a big difference between a compound that contains aluminum and elemental aluminum (or any other aluminum compound).
For example, potassium is perfectly healthy for you, in fact you'll die if you don't get enough of it, but you wouldn't eat potassium cyanide, would you? Likewise, dihydrogen peroxide (water) is absolutely essential, but you wouldn't breathe pure oxygen (we breath nitrogen and O2) or pure hydrogen, would you?
Excellent point, give or take an element from any molecule and you instantly alter it's properties and and how it interacts with the human body, along with everything else.
