Maybe fake. Maybe not.
This conflict of reason in response to suggested fiction represents ones ignorance within perceivable reality.
In short...reasoning about "MAY BE" ignores "TO BE".
Read: fake. People aren’t who they say they are simply because they say so.
Transphobe!
a) to say implies to be before being able to say.
b) to be (being perceivable) implies the foundation for to say (making suggestions)
c) PEOPLE, noun [Latin populus.] - "the body of persons" implies a suggested plural for a perceivable singular. Meanwhile; PER (by) SONOS (sound) implies being partial out of whole aka one out of oneness aka singular out of singular.
What one is looking at doesn't represent a plural (the people), but a singular (each one person). The few suggest collectivism (togetherness) to tempt the many to ignore apartheid (being partial within whole).
It's the perpetuation of oneself that goes through one another (intercourse for offspring), hence a baby getting nourished through the mother before being set apart from one another. It's called the family UNIT (Latin unitas; unus; one); because it represents the perpetuation of one, so unit represents perceivable singular; while family represents suggested plural.
Sometimes they are.
