I'll move this into the realm of science fiction. Very very conceivably, 5G could be used to activate brain alterations by the path of 5G to nano, nano to brain areas it attaches to. As an example, if nano tech attached to the amygdala, which controls emotional response, in theory one could activate or block rage. So it's real, and possible.
