I'm sure Pfizer and the like handsomely fund several of the SCOTUS justices, but in her case it's probably more stupid than evil. Tucker pointed out that in a recent hearing she made what he called a mistake a first year law student wouldn't make--using the term de facto when she meant de jure (even after Alito corrected her). The more I listen to and read her opinions the more I think she is just stupid. However, the people that placed her were she seem evil.
