With this stupid government I wouldn't put it past them. 800 billion / yr defense budget aiding Ukraine is not enough for them to have their own Assembly coded custom OS build .. have you ever stepped foot in aMilitary software contractor?? BIG Giant building 10 programmers working in the corner
