Note how each and every one of them either has their mouth ajar or their tongue pursed between their lips in pictures. This is what I think was meant by "lizard people". I have noticed this with many, many jews.

Watch any modern movie or series (say the witcher) and pay attention to how many times the actors lick their lips. It's constant, almost by design.
