user is just doing an online version of what LouisCK got busted for. or user could be AI.

I've observed that user for a long time and I suspect it is a combination of a psycho and a bot.. The constant word salad indicates either a bot meant to disrupt the site, or a guy with some mental problem, and either way it is spam.
