I will join this fight for the trash pandas of the world. If I had a place big enough I'd run a rescue, I love the little brats :o)

Yeah, I knew a guy who went through a long period of depression and mental illness. Luckily a family of raccoons moved in and they would sleep with him and comfort him. They were his only friends. So they can be useful and some people love them.
