Serious question: do you actually drink nettle and pine tea? If you do can you recommend a good brand? Can you “feel” a difference when you do?

do you actually drink nettle and pine tea?

Yep.

can you recommend a good brand?

Nature doesn't brand; it generates the opportunity to grow (living) within loss (process of dying).

I grow stinging nettle on any unused soil I get access to, because it grows fast and with next to no maintenance; offers lots of benefits; keeps the uninitiated away, and can be harvested over and over again. As for pines...the forests around me are full of them and so I can turn full mohel on them and clip those tasty tips during winter.

I haven't bought any brand tea in about 20 years or so. Test what grows naturally around you and experiment with growing it.

Can you “feel” a difference when you do?

Just reach out and touch a stinging nettle and it makes you feel right away...

Anyway...I'm not the guy looking for effects when it comes to consuming; I just add whatever grows around me to get my immune system to adapt, and whatever doesn't offend remains in rotation.

Since I train a lot; I noticed that green teas help me digesting; calming down; keeping my respiratory system unclogged; help balance the loss of energy at weather changes; help to sustain warmth during the cold season, no issues with virility, and they never tempt over-consumption. Also mostly a very family & farmstead friendly liquid (just watch out with boiling pine-needles or you get turpentine).
