After he's finished sliding down the pike, we feed his corpse to pigs and then drown the pigs in the river like Jesus Christ did when the demons fled into swine and drowned.
I always feel bad for the pigs who did nothing wrong, and a certain sympathy for Legion, who while a demon, asked to go into the pigs to avoid another fate.
Still, dead is dead, a firing squad doesn't violate the constitution, and is just as satisfying. I suppose it doesn't violate the prohibition against cruel and unusual punishments, because he's dead after all, to put his body up on a pike as a warning.
That last might violate the 8th Amendment...but firing squad or hanging will suffice.
