Whether I leave my nose out depends on what I think I can get away with. Once I'm too many paces away to be worth yelling at, I pop my noble beak back out into God's beautiful atmosphere.
The funniest way to deal with deranged maskers is to pretend you can't understand what they're saying. "What?" Then they have to yell while choking on their exhaust.

Cloth masks do not stop the tiny aerosol particles that contain viruses including covid. Carbon dioxide is bigger, and more numerous when exhaling, which is why that so obviously builds up.
Your statement is ignorant of basic physics. CO2 is a gas. H2O is a liquid. Liquid droplets are vastly larger than gas molecules.
A CO2 molecule is 0.33nm diameter. When we speak we produce droplets between 20 and 2000µm (micrometers) in diameter. Note that a micrometer is a thousand times larger than a nanometer!
Small particles do not fly straight through materials, but instead follow brownian motion, resulting in them coming in contact with a material even when the material weave is larger than the particle.

And yea thats what I concluded as well. Mask's dont protect you, but they do protect others from the stuff that comes shooting out of your mouth when sneezing. I also question the droplets because if your standing close enough to get hit by spit from someone talking, might I suggest just standing back? Also your only really infectious the few days before and few days after being sick. Although being vaccinated likely makes you more infectious for longer.
