I seen a thread in r/con the other week about underground networks. People saying its the dumbest shit they ever heard of.

You guys know why the highways were originally built? It was so america could mobilize their defenses quicker in case of an invasion.

You can call me skeptical about 100,000 children being down there, proably something he said to try and draw interest into it, who knows. Perhaps he was straight up lying.
