Does anyone remember or have a copy of the open letter about the corona virus pandemic that was circulated in summer of '21?

It was written anonymously but whoever had drafted it had a great understanding of medicine, politics, epigenetics, chemistry and conspiracy history.. .

The writer came to the conclusion that this was a fake pandemic to use vaccines to sterilize the population, like a children of men scenario and he citeed facts and figure to his argument.

It was such a great document ive been trying to find it again, can anyone help me out?
