Out of context pictures are out of context.
Libya was, and is, a shithole all on it's own. The US just made it worse when it prompted a color revolution.
Libya had higher living standards than most European nations. You didn't want to be anywhere near those in power but it's like that all over northern Africa.

Yes it was you dumb piece of shit It ranked somewhere ranked ~30 in HDI which was pretty much better than the whole of eastern europe. They had access to high grade medical care and infrastructure was top notch.
