If they are looking to reset money, it would be a banking city exploded, like Charlotte? If they are looking to push race, it would be Memphis or St Louis?
I'm thinking Atlanta, Vegas and Tampa are probably safe.
To reset money, it would have to be Charlotte NC AND NYC -- as well as the place in NJ that serves (or used to) as a backup system for the NYSE.
Otherwise, they just reroute.
What if it's not the US?
