If they just made it illegal and also a national firewall (all countries firewalled from each other.. need national and regional ids on all social media posts , I know people like the wild west of the internet , but it's too dangerous due to computers' amazing ability to duplicate and spoof data.. There are a ton of ways to fix the currently fucked up internet...
