So his side is basically: his female partner was getting feisty with the money of the committee which comprises only he and her, or it was clear that the committee was dissolving, so he preemptively transferred a large portion of the committee’s money—which he owns half of—to his private property by using it to pay off an existing mortgage lien on that property to the tune of €700,000. Plausible.

Judging by his body language and answers including frantic and/or stuttered speech, I’m not buying it.
