Do we really want Russia to have...

Why is he talking as though he's not in control of what curriculum is in Russian schools?

My neighbor is gay and I don't want to be tempted to accidentally become gay too.

He's weak, but this is a reasonable propaganda to gain a little compassion from westerners.
