Putin has never crossed any lines, nothing declared in the international domain that I am aware of.
The evidence is clear on who is at fault here, we have a really long history of inputs. All coming from one side.

Syria and Assad was the first global failure of the nato. This is known worldwide and we are watching the effect that had on nato unfold. nato is finished.
Gadaffi and Libya was basically the last success. It come at a huge cost and precipitated many more events some yet to come.
