It's the weapons he wants. And they cost billions. But yea passing the hat. He's doing all the rounds. Next it'll be India, and the Saudis. The more you give the more he wants. It's a shake down. If you don't give he'll shout Reeeee and accuse of being very Russian and sponsoring the terrorism and committing war crimes. So pay up.
