Nobody has any idea what it was all about to this day. Any proof of the reason for the exercise? The secrecy was why everyone was so worried. Forced vaccines (mandates) and below freezing storage temps fit right in with the Blue Bell trucks.

They never even said what the acronym stood for. Wonder why?
