0 percent? Well, I mean we have seen a significant amount of change over many years in all areas of life. I think giving it a 0 is a bit shortsighted.
Indeed, clearly the oligarchs that run shit will be working to maintain, does not mean they will not falter.
The thing that really holds things down is everyone saying it cannot change and will not change so they bear into it and exist, in reality, things change because some group musters the force required.
Choose to hold your breath and wait...tada...constant change changes your choice.
