Well it is half the problem....the other problem is we give our fucking tech to the states....and Europe....and china....and bend over for the all....

We looked at what bill gates did and said...gee willickers that was smart....let's just sell our licenses with the technology and give it away to just IBM (china/states/etc) rather than commercializing it outself...
