Also piperine is a known enzyme inhibitor of liver phase II detox metabolism (yes, it makes things "more bioavailable", because it prevents liver from working and metabolizing the toxic substances).
Further: Curcumin is also a PRO-oxidant that is why it raises your glutathione levels, because it causes oxidation. If your glutathione system is already impaired, good luck with curcumin! LOL!
You can add it to any "wet" dish in amounts that keep the flavor where you like it. Works with a lot of sauces, stews, soups, etc. Can also add to doughs but need to be a little bit careful since it can change the way it bakes if you add too much.
Thank you I found some in the spice rack tried a lil i think the stew will be best option hope it masks it more... I tried it in orange juice also haha like my grandma used to do with liquid medicine
Alright, yeah walgreens marks up prices a lot. I drink boiled ginger everyday boosted my immune system like crazy and has helped a few family members arthritis pain. If this has half the effect Im good you sold me on the Ill care later line haha .
Would you trust any new inventions? haha. my grandma had an old book on natural remedies probably had some options but sadly the mice got to it.... Ill let you know after i get the pills when/if i start noticing effects.
A big improvement in my life was deciding to implement from now all those things that i foresaw being necessary to do down the line.
Stretching, working out, criotherapy, breathing reprogramming... Many more.
It makes no sense to wait until you need them. May aswell learn to appreciate them and never °needing° them just to stay alive with health.
Criotherapy is really good btw. Cold showers, facing the winter in a shirt, mountain river swims.
I had a bit of alcoholic damage during first pandemic year that showed in my body, after doing all that i'm back in very good shape.
But i think the cold therapy has given me the best results. I'm 33, smoked and drank a lot, and look like 25 according to a lot of people.
Talking to early 20 guys and girls and realizing that they think you very little older than them is super funny and you can't buy that with any amount of money
I don't know if i'm ever going to be cope-free. tho if i get to have land ill probably switch to weed asap.
But it taught me a real lot about health. As someone who drinks still too often (less than before... Much less... Still have bad days tho) i notice my oxidation and health are much higher than many who don't drink as much but never had the reason to correct all other habits.
As i kept smoking and drinking i cleaned up everything else... I doubt i would have brought myself to that point were not for those vices.
Anyway... Happy to hear a fellow older guy that didn't fall for the chemical trap.
Hah. Awesome. Just got given tumeric to try and it seemed to get rid of my watery knee. (Advil just kills the pain, it takes a couple of days for the watery knee swelling to actually decide to go away, unless it decides to blow up, which means a trip to the emergency and aspiration which is curiously Dr. Pimple popper level interesting to watch.)

Also. LIQUID IODINE. Two drops a day to start and then increase by a drop a week until you go through health crisis and your pee smells rancid and you start to lose weight and your cancer goes away. It will probably taste horrible and metallic to start because it reacts with the bromine. Once your system gets rid of the bromine, liquid iodine tastes mildly sweet and isn't an issue at all.
Liquid Iodine. Trophic is the brand name. I get it in Canada at a local vitamin/health store.
Tumeric I took in pill form like three tablets in a day and that's it (goal was to reduce swelling, which happened easily). Currently just testing it out (from a friend). Brand name is called Enagic.
Don't increase too much but the metallic taste comes from the bromine on your tongue. Iodine tastes very mildly sweet when it isn't countering the bromine.
From the google: well no i think bing but same thing:
"In the 1980s, thanks to "IODOPHOBIA", iodine was replaced with bromine in the bread-making process. (31) Bromide is a goitrogen and interferes with Iodide utilization by the thyroid gland, (32-34) and possibly by the mammary gland also. (35) Iodine has an anticarcinogenic effect on the breast."
Your body needs iodine to create a hormone which your body uses to tell cells to commit suicide. (points at cancerous/pre-cancerous cells) <=== those cells.
Take this stack, and not only does your body have all the aminos and minerals it needs to produce glutathione, it also has enough to produce glutathione peroxidase to break it down as needed. It has everything it needs for optimal glutathione metabolism.
Yes, everyone else drinks tap or bottled water. The latter is for the environment or something. Also, the CDC says fluoride in your water is good for you, so I’m sure they’re right this time.
I've been using turmeric, black pepper, iodine, meditation and knowledge through reading certain books to get acquainted with my soul. A good book is Conversations With God.
Oh, mushrooms really unlocks the pineal gland too. Very quickly.
LOL no. Zero evidence for that in humans..

Yeah, by all means try it out. But if it doesn't work for you, don't be surprised.
Personally I like turmeric for the color and taste.
What you mean to tell me a Facebook jpeg ISN’T science?
Study on a single drug on healthy volunteers.
doesn't convince me
Because there is none. Do a pubmed research or Curcumin AND fluoride AND brain AND humans.
Voila!
How do you prepare it? Do you take the pill or use the powder?

Drinking sure is bad.

cough I'm not here cough not a doctor cough
Interesting, never heard about the liquid iodine doing that. What kind do you use? How do you take the Tumeric?
Liquid Iodine. Trophic is the brand name. I get it in Canada at a local vitamin/health store.

Why not just use iodized salt?
From what I've heard, you don't get enough iodine from iodized salt. If you're supplementing, it's better to use Lugol's or nascent iodine.
Why increase the dosage over time? I've been doing 2 drops for a while now.
You've experienced this? Tastes metallic as always to me
Don't increase too much but the metallic taste comes from the bromine on your tongue. Iodine tastes very mildly sweet when it isn't countering the bromine.
Any details on why there's bromine on my tongue

Thank you for the recommendation.
the N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine is good for other things, apparently.

these types of peeps have lots of centurions.
india = eat lots of tumeric
japan = eat lots of iodine
italy = eat lots of omega-fat
7th-day adventists = dont smoke, dont drink, vegetarians
tumeric is water-soluable. if you want to optimize curcumin absorption, buy "curcurmin meriva." they use a soy-molecule as a binder.
Turmeric is essential. And take it with a black pepper blend like OP suggests!
Did people have fluoride in their drinking water “eons” ago?
Do you drink water or just Gatorade all day?
Yes, everyone else drinks tap or bottled water. The latter is for the environment or something. Also, the CDC says fluoride in your water is good for you, so I’m sure they’re right this time.
just use N-Acetyl-Cysteine
nice. link?

Edit: lol can’t believe you morons actually clicked that thinking it worked.
I decalcify my pineal gland for years now. I feel connected to my soul.
What do you use?
I've been using turmeric, black pepper, iodine, meditation and knowledge through reading certain books to get acquainted with my soul. A good book is Conversations With God.
Oh, mushrooms really unlocks the pineal gland too. Very quickly.
I'm very familiar with CWD - have you've ever seen the movie?
Yes and I also read 10 other CWD like books.
I’m reading one now called Christ Returns. It’s the last one I found but if I keep digging, I might find more.
