a) within perceivable; the cause of existence cannot be perceived since everything perceivable is already...well...perceivable.
b) being able to perceive within perceivable implies being a "reaction" to an enacting system, so "action" cannot be perceived by the reaction within.
c) if I take a box of LEGO and build a car out of it...does that represent creation (causing to exist) or transmutation (reshaping preexisting)?
