I am not talking about Germany...or any past events....I am talking about modern day.

I understand that these things do happen....I am more so talking about the pattern that schizophrenics tend to be the largest demographic I have seen...no offense....but I see people walk around talking to themselves all the time and it's not because they are being actively followed or targeted at those times....

So schizophrenia definitely can happen....

At the same time, not going to say that every person is schizophrenic because obviously that fact would be abused to initiate a ruse, so it cannot be assumed either way.

But....even this guy in the video....doesn't do much except say they are being targeted...

No reasons, no information, 20 years of resources spent on a guy?? Seems bizarre since there would be little financial benefit...and far cheaper ways of handling things. (btw...stasi Germany didn't last long enough to have those resource haha, so even there they didn't do that)

It just seems like there is no purpose or end goal. Making people go crazy is not a goal....it's a means to a goal.

So that is the end goal? Why?
