Not only is is this very important, it suggests that long ago, someone made a determined effort to figure out how to cheat elections through fraud like automatic adding of false voters in a sophisticated way. And then deploy it all over, which requires the very highest levels in a state organization and all the counties. That is of course a political party, not just mere government workers.

To do that under control, one has to have a way to covertly identify fake voters and reuse them over time. Then combine that with other actions in order to covertly shift election results as desired.

This and other things basically all say to me that the party, specifically the Democrats, has what amounts to a secret society within the party. Much like the Masons have lower level useful drone members but all the real action is in the closed ranks. We can be sure that Hillary, Obama, Pelosi, and some others are in such a high-level closed secret group.

But the people who chose the steganography technologists who came up with this are probably in Europe or more likely Israel. I'm fairly sure that the dual citizens in Congress know who is behind this. And I hazard a guess some of the Arkanicide deaths relate to people who found out what the inner ranks were doing. I suspect Seth Rich stumbled across this and knew. So this thing is big.

And there is clearly someone or someones who were set up to keep control of this methodology over time, in an enduring way for decades. Somewhere out there there is a small permanent group charged with making this happen.
