Robert Allan Monroe...is also notable as one of the founders of the Jefferson Cable Corporation, the first cable company to cover central Virginia

A robber (Robert) laying the first cable into the center of a virgin (Virginia)...just like the Duke of York allegedly did to Virginia Roberts.
