That is no Anagram.

Besides, by the time the bible was translated into Latin and they chose Lucifer for the Hebrew word הֵילֵל, the German language didn't even exist.

Besides that, the section of the Bible dealing with Lucifer has nothing to do with Satan but is a warning to the King of Babylon.
