Yep. About 15 years ago I worked on a campus that had genome sequencing machines for rent (bring sample, bring money, receive analysis, no labcoat required) that can do RNA.
Ask around local college labs and you can get results. Or contact me and I'll put you through to my people.
Where are you going to get a loose sample of vaccine though?
Edit: my local university charges just under $300 per sample for RNA sequence. Walk-ins welcome, there is a Sample Drop Box in the lobby.
