In the UK at least, in the first wave your chance of dying of covid was 10x that compared to the 2nd wave (way before any vaccine). No one in the media at least publicly has discussed why so many people died in the first wave. My guess is they killed them with ventilators. Whatever the exact culmination of reasons, something must have gone catastrophically wrong to result in so many deaths the first time around. I guess even a fake pandemic needs real deaths.

Before covid was a name even back in November my hospital workers were already getting what they kept saying was the flu. A lot of people were just getting sick as normal and being out for a few days and being fine afterwards. The talk was nothing but oh it's a bad flu season etc. No one died until they started venting every one that dropped below 90%. No one even cares any more and everyone just seems to forget everything. No one even cares that weve had numerous staff members pass away with shady causes or having strokes in their early 40s. No one even thinks this is weird it's just another normal fucking day.
