Its cool.

If "philanthropist" (synonym for "faggot?") Bill Gaytes wants to "save the world" by donating vax, something is wonky. He doesn't want to FEED people or CLOTHE people or help desperate families? Nope. Vax and nothing else. Sound a little fishy?
