When were the other lockdowns? In US. We only had the one so far.
I think that has varied pretty heavily by state. I don’t think there’s ever been a federally “mandated” lock down, though every state did something back in March 2020. Some states went through varying degrees of lockdown over time as “numbers” got “worse”. Freedom of movement was restricted to varying degrees in different states at different times over the last 28 months.
Outside the US the restrictions on freedom of movement have come and gone repeatedly through the last 28 months as well.
