Had anybody els noticed changes in behaviour, mental breakdowns, paranoia, delusions, in those who have had the vaccine?

I know a woman who is one of the kindest people I have met. I've never heard if her being upset. Since she had the v she has gotten cancer and now she is having paranoid delusions.
